In a week? You can't. Working out and getting in shape don't happen that quickly.

You need a combination of cardio-vascular and strength. Cardio workout may be found through running or a high-intensity exercise routine. Strength can be found my doing squats (2 sets of 25), lunges (2 sets of 20 holding three seconds on each side), and other strength-defining workouts (Yoga, or Pilates, which I prefer). Also, be sure to stretch! Hope it helps!
