I'm not allergic to beef, but I know someone whose young daughter is deathly allergic to both beef and dairy. Her older sister threw ice cream at her once and she got a horrible welt. You just have to cut out beef, and be careful about reading labels. I have celiac disease and cannot eat anything containing wheat, rye, barley and some other grains. It's a challenge and I can't eat many processed foods (as many food starches and colorings are made with wheat, and barley sugar is also common) but it can be done.

It's not so hard, and better for you if you cut it out. Just think about how ill it makes you, and you'll eventually stop craving it.

I am not allergic to beef, but I am allergic to poultry. You will have to read labels and watch what you eat. I wish they wouldn't mix so many different kinds of meat together in lunch meats and hot dogs. It makes it hard for people with allergics to a certain kind of meat. Imagine a Thanksgiving or Christmas and never eating any turkey!
