Oh, the joy of a Boxer's squished up snout. I have a boxer as well, and man can she snore and fart up a storm. She wakes herself up snoring and looks at us like we did it!
If she is snoring, it can help to make sure their head is completely in line with their body and not raised up on a pillow or something.
Good luck!

Boxer Dog Snoring

Hehe . . .welcome to the world of Boxer owners! Sleep is limited!

Snoring is due to their shorter muzzle. A Boxer will always snore. No matter what. Sorry, but you signed on for it when you got her. Not much you can do, save what another answerer said -- keep the head level with the body.

Now the farting - that is NOT a "Boxer" thing. That's a dog thing. But diet does have bearing on how much and how horrible the smell is. Try changing her food to something like Blue Buffalo, Innova, or Chicken Soup. Also, as they get into their senior years, they tend to pass gas more often.

Boxers, Pugs, puggles, and all other dogs (who look like they ran into a wall) do snore and fart. Dogs snore for many of the same reasons humans do. The main causes of canine snoring--just like those of humans--are airway obstructions and obesity. Understanding why your dog is snoring is the key to resolving the problem. You can cure your dog of snoring, and everyone will be able to get a little more sleep..here are a few tips: Have your dog sleep in a round bed. Just like humans, dogs snore more when they are on their backs. A round bed will encourage your dog to sleep curled up on her side, deal with the dog's allergies, exercise your dog daily and avoid smoking around your dog..

Oh I know what you mean, my little Staffie girl snores like a pig with a cold. It's deafening. And the wind is horrific too, it's probably because having a wide mouth she swallows a lot of air when eating. That's all I can think of.

Well the reason is because she has a pushed in nose. The boxer's nose stop it from breathing normally so for the boxer it is harder to breathe. She may be farting because of the food you're giving her.

I have a tiny little female black and white shih tzu. She is so dainty and delicate - but she snores like a bloody lion! Pounds for pound, the decibels that come from that little bundle of fluff are horrendous. She sleeps right next to me and often snores down my earlug! (But I love her to bits). It's the snub nose that does it.

I had a boxer when I was younger, my inlaws have had 2 boxers, my parents have had 2 boxers, and a friend of mine has 2 boxers. Guess What- they all snore and they all fart, it's a boxer thing! But put those minor things aside they are great dogs!!!!

farting is down to diet. Try putting her on CSJ food. we put ours on it and they responded really well to it. The snoring well....what can you say...she's got a squashed nose like you say...but apart from waking her up when she does it...or blocking her nose..which would kill her...I'd say you are stuck with it! Buy earplugs hon'!!

Especially try the second link for the farting problem!
