"Hello, Corrine." = "Hello, Corrine." (!!!)

"Espero que estés bien." = "I hope you are well."

"Te escribo otra vez porque creo que había escrito mal tu correo." = I´m writing to you again because I think that I wrote your mail incorrectly." (the e-mail to you, I wrote "the mail" or the "e-mail address" incorrectly).

"Escríbeme tú, porfa." = "Write me, please." ("porfa" is sort of a slangy, informal way of writing "por favor", "please")

"Quiero que siempre estemos en contacto." = "I want us to always stay in touch."

Well, you might say that it is Spanish, but whoever wrote that is in desperate need of going to school.
It should be: Hello, Corine, espero que estés bien. Te escribo otra vez porque creo que había escrito mal tu correo.
Escríbeme tú, por favor, quiero que siempre estemos en contacto

Hello Corrine I hope that it is good that I write another time because I think that I have written your address wrong.

Write to me your address because I want for us to always stay in touch.

I had to take some liberties here because a lot of the spanish didn't translate directly and I had to guess at some of the meanings so you will see some extra letters and words in English that were not in the original spanish.

I have to wonder if the person that wrote was actually a Spanish Speaker or just an American pretending to speak spanish because some of the words were a bit strange in the way they were used.

OH... 2 of the answereres said "e-mail" the spanish for "e-mail" is "Correro Electronica"

hola, corrine. I hope that you're OK. I'm writing you again because I think that I wrote your e-mail badly

It means:

Hello, "corrine" (?) I hope you are well. I'm writing you again because I think I've written badly your mail

Now you write me, please, I want that we always be in touch
