Yes....for Hitler God gave him life, and sustained it.

EVERYONE glorifies God in one manner or another. Some through His mercy and love....others through His wrath and damnation.

Romans 9:14-24
14 What shall we say then? Is there injustice on God's part? By no means! 15 For he says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” 16 So then it depends not on human will or exertion, [2] but on God, who has mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I might show my power in you, and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.” 18 So then he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills.

19 You will say to me then, “Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?” 20 But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?” 21 Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use? 22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory— 24 even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?

God created everything, living and non-living. God created Hitler as well. It was Hitler's horrible childhood and many disappointments that changed Hitler's thinking and allow evil to enter him and use him for it's purposes. God gives each of us free will. He may be disappointed in how we use it, but he doesn't take it away from us even when we choice to do monstrous things with it. I'm sure God is sad that Hitler is one of those who seems lost.

God has is the reason we all are here, but many ppl like to beleive that THEY can be God, its not true, God created us for his own understanding, those such as Hitler, yea they were horrible, but God already knew that the world must go through things, we still are going through things, its a sad fact of life, and a reason in why we need Jesus

God created Hitler and every human being. However, Hitler was not born evil, but became evil, even as Satan was not created evil but became evil of his own free will. God gives every one talents and gifts as well. It's up to us how we use them.

"God given talent" just means they were born with it. As for whether or not he plays a part in births, its a matter of what you believe in. Christians believe it to be true and others might not.

Yes God forms us all Psalm139 "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.."13-14. God did form Hitler, but he also gave him free will, and obvioulsy Hitler did not choose to follow the Lord.

God created Hitler good. We are all "made for Heaven" but we all don't choose it.

God also gave Hitler a free will. Hitler took it downhill from there.

May God have mercy on his soul.

Hitler was a creation of life. What he did with that life was up to him. But he wasn't all bad. He loved dogs and his mother. He was really disturbed dont' get me wrong. But I very much doubt that Gods had much to do with that. Humans twist themselves up just fine all by themselves.

God created everyone yes...and if you believe that (and not mock it) then you also believe that satan perverts people's minds. Man is succeptible to every form of lewd vile behavior imaginable and satan has his way with many. Hitler is a perfect example.

By your religious concepts, there is no evil nor is there good.

Religions have attempted to teach morals, some have tried to teach truth in lessons writen out in parables to lesson any offense it may have upon Rome; the lessons have, by far and large, been taken into literal context and the poimnt was lost to religious agenda's.

"God" is not yet defined by mankind, yet, religions will claim that very concept as there own; they will place hurldes of "faith" before themselves and penalty's of everlasting fire to those who are non-believers who refuse to listen to there dogmatic arguments.

"God" is consciousness; not a ruler, not a judge, not a jury or hangman; this is what man places upon shoulders they cannot see nor feel as they step aside to responsibilities of there own creation.

Hitler was a personality subject to choice. Hitler choose his life as you did yours; he made his life based on choices he made each day; to step aside from that and claim it as "Gods" problem for creating him simply sums up the religious blinders I speak of so often.

As a species we blame "God", cannot define "God" ;then as a Group of personalities (Government) we are the very hypocrites who dis-allow man to act as Government does; as thefts and murders who can spend money they do not have.

It is about Our conduct alone, our acceptance of our actions on each other and acting responsible.

"God" plays no part, we play each part, each act, we set each stage, we set the time, the date and the rules; "God" is that concept-off stage taking the blame for our poor acting...
