Not sure which scripture yet, but I know it is the second of the 2 greatest commandments stated by Jesus.
The first is to love God with all out heart, soul, mind. The second is to love our neigbor as ourselves.
Oh, Romans 13:9.

Romans 15: 2-7 is the passage.
