It's immature to do if you're just doing it out of spite from your religious upbringing, or if you're trying to rile people up.
If you actually think that Christianity is doing harm to society, then it's not immature at all.

It definitely issn't. I agree with the fact that a lot of our youth are breaking away from Christianity. I know I did, and I'm 25. Times are changing and more and more youth are seeing how judgemental Christianity and other religions can be. It's discouraging kids from God, because all they are being told is "believe in him or go to hell" which is a TERRIBLE approach to true Faith. God is less judgmental than Christianity and it's a shame that most Christians believe God will send you to a firey pit of hell. There's more complex and intricate information regarding God and the beliefs. He's more merciful and more forgiving and less judgemental than the Christians seem to believe. The church has become a place of Witch Hunts. First they hunted the witches, then the blacks, and now the Gays. Whats next? Not all Christians are the same, so nobody get your panties in a wad. Most Christians are like this though and it's unfortunate.

No one is trying to rid the world of Christianity and to believe that we are trying to do this is immature. All we ask is that Christianity be mature enough to allow us to follow the religions of our choice and stop trying to make this Country a theocracy. There is room enough here for all religions, including Wicca and Paganism.
How mature does a religion look when it fears that another religion can make its members yearn for another. Maybe there can be room... but you have to feel safe by blasting others and doing your best to legislate against all others. It is nice that you think we have so much power to force people to do what thjey choose not to.

Question everything, my dear bettie, and don't let them ever stop you. It's immature to assume that what you're told is true without ever bothering to look into it further. Immature and quite dumb.

It is not immature to question. That is just an indication that you seek more faith.
The desciples asked Jesus to increase their faith. He then told them more parables (stories that illustrate life) to add to their understanding. As they grasped the meaning of the things he was telling them it became more and more apparent to them that he was indeed worthy of their trust.
As time goes by we mature....in age...in knowledge...in wisdom.

Not any more so than it would to question atheism.
Then again, I think it depends on one's attitude. Is one questioning in a genuine quest for knowledge or questioning just to be a pain in the posterior?
