I already asked her out but she hasn't givin me a definite answer. My best friend says that he heard that she doesn't like me that way but as a friend and that she doesn't want to hook up with me. He isn't totally sure though. advice please.

Go up to her and ask her if she would like to go to the movies or out to dinner without a group of people. That way she can have a chance to see you as something other than a friend. Then ask her how she feels about you two dating. Not ask her out, just see what she thinks about the idea of you guys dating. If she doesn't give you an answer that accually answers the question, move on. If you do decide to ask her out agian and she tells you she's undecided, take it as a no. She probably doesn't want to hurt your feelings or mess up your friendship.

Well, since you already asked her out, you should wait for her answer first. Then, if she says no, you need to respect her. You can't force a person to like you. You two can continue to be friends, and maybe one day, either you will move on in life, or she will start to like you.

Get alone with her and ask her out right. This way no matter what is said no one else will know except you two. You both save face this way. It mite be it is not you she does not like but your friend. The only way to know is to ask HER in person one on one. Keep the middle man out of it.

Just give her time. Some girls don't want to act needy or anything. If she doesn't reply in like 2 days then ask her again and reasurre her that it is ok if she just wants to be friends that way she doesn't get scared.

If she didnt give any answer, insist, ask again. She might have avoided to say "no" and thats why maybe she said nothing, or who knows, maybe she wants to know how much you want to go out with her and she is testing you. Dont listen to gossip! Find out yourself what you need to know

how about you ask her if she's decided yet....if she starts fumbling over her words simply say "look if you dont want to then just say so, dont sit on the fence about it and keep me waiting" being direct with her, (in a nice way of course, dont be a jerk when you say it) will force her to stop being childish and let you know what's up

Just wait it out buddy. You may wanna do something to catch her eye though. i sugest watching the movie Hitch(with Will Smith). It has a few good points. Trust me.

If she hasn't answered, then I would say nothing, and act as if it doesn't bother you. Eventually she will realize you are a cool guy, and see what she missed out on.

Yo, if you wanna ask her out, this worked for me. Invite her to a party, bonfire, afterschool or whatever, dosnt have to be alone. Before you see her write on chest/abs, X_______, Will you go out with me? It worked for me cuz its kinda funny and creative. And they luagh when you say, take off my shirt... or be like mann its hot, and take it off. ethier way its funny and good. Do it if you wanna ask her out. (this usally only works for ppl with good bodies *a six pack helps*) =)
