We had to sit where the guide told us so I wasn't able to get as much light on the bear's face as I would have liked.
Let me know what you think and please sign my guestbook...

Above the thumbnails it says "guestbook." It should open up for you and the option, "sign guestbook." You will see a "verification code" to enter.
This should work....thanks!

hp_resou - I use a Nikon D200 (auto only). I really need to take some photography classes and learn to use it in manual...

Not to make excuses, but it rained all day except for about one hour...you can tell by the shots.

I agree amateurp- We had to sit on a log and not move around (too aggressive of a position). I didn't take my tripod out, had all to do but keep my camera dry...it was raining all day except for about an hour. When the sun came out it was on the bear's back. I had hoped for more light on it's face but it wouldn't pose for me. :P

Some of these are very good, and one or two I would almost expect to see in a calendar or poster.

The only thing I really see as lacking is the quality of the photographs themselves, not the photography. What kind of camera are you using? If the camera isn't professional then I would suggest getting a Canon Digital Rebel or something that will not hinder your obvious photographic talent. If you have a professional camera, then I would play with some more of the settings... If you shoot in RAW, you can use Photoshop to do wonders to your already astounding pictures.

Good job! Keep up the great work!

Took a look at your images, the positive is that you captured the bear in motion and in nature as well. That definitely transformed the mood from boring to action and exciting.

The negative is that there is no light in the bear's face, it just look dark, the shadows are too strong. The viewer is not able to see the eyes or outlines at least because of the darkness that is on the face. Also, it appears to be not very sharp, its not as crisp and I would have liked them to be.

And that suited there is the reason i'm on right here much less and much less, as are many different consumers. a set of evil troll teeny boppers having a grudge because of the fact somebody did no longer placed up with their bullshit questions is my guess. i might opt to comprehend why it is so significant to have a horse with wonderful conformation besides? till you're appearing some intense end showing.... who the hell cares. pass provide 'em hell PPF. Oh and let us know in case you hit upon out who did it in the top. that is thrilling. whether we've been given rid of one pathetic brat it extremely is a start up.

Okay, I'd do it, because I'm trying to become a professional photograper myself, and love looking at other people's pictures ... but since you didn't give a 'link' or even tell us where to go to see them, I can't do that. Could you 'try again' with a link, please ... and then I'll look and 'critique' your pictures, in 'professional language' ...
