IT appears that they've got quite a few fields open, and as such, here's a link to some paintball fields in Israel. They will know more about the laws than I will. http://www.pbreview.com/fields/87/

As I looked around, I found it difficult to find information on finding paintball laws concerning Israel. However, it appears that the only thing I can find is that 'paintball is jihadist training.' That made me laugh, but regardless... your best bet would be to check those websites and try to get a hold of someone there and ask them.

A rebuttal for the first answerer: Don't just 'go to eBay.' If you buy a $130 marker on eBay, and have it shipped to Israel and it gets confiscated and by customs, it's going to be very difficult to get it out of customs. Worse yet, what if the Israeli customs seize the marker and destroy it?! Then you'll be out 130 bucks plus whatever you paid for shipping, and you could even get in trouble with local law enforcement for trying to import a 'weapon!' I know it may sound silly, but some countries have some very silly 'gun' laws. (Just look at jolly old Engerland.)

Even if you don't want to play on someone's field, and just want to play with your friends, ask the folks that run those sites about paintball laws and importing a paintball marker. Ask them how they got theirs, even. Maybe, if all else fails, they could be an intermediary in purchasing your marker if all else fails.

Finally, if none of that works, look up the Israel Postal Company and ask them some questions.
