I ain't no boy, after 58 years of life I am a man, adult. If we are both interested in each other: I would have asked her out already and she would not need to ask me out. Unless I believe she is involved with someone else and she really is not so involved with some one else. Asking me out would be a nice way of letting me know her relationship has changed. I think it would be nice!

If it's obvious a woman is interested in me, there's no need to play the "wait-and-see" game with her. I'd just approach her and get it over it.
However, if it's a woman I do not know likes me... it's nice to have her approach me and give me a hint of some sort.

Yes. It's an outdated idea that men should always make the first move and always ask out the woman. Make the first move - a lot of guys are flattered by it.

Hell, yes. Why do women always ask this? Of course we like it when women come up to us and make the approach. Absolutely, yes.

I like it. I don't like a direct aproah, but a hint, an invitation to a coffee or to a drink or something of that nature. If a woman dead on hit's on me, it's like the worst turn off ever. I don't care if I liked her, that's it, it's over.
