i love baby sitting littler kids but my mother wont let me til. i get older. im good at cleaning. but papa always sease dont talk to stangers. i could clean up the neighbors yard ask them then do any of that stuff. can you help me?

Maybe you should make up some flyers and hang them around your neighborhood telling people that you can clean there yard maybe mow there lawn. I know older people will go for that if you charge something they can afford.
Also you are 13 and old enough to baby sit in most states try asking your mom to babysit maybe 1 child.

What are some of the things you like to do as a hobby. If you like to draw and paint, for example, and know there whereabouts of some old picture frames, you can have a lucrative small business creating and framing your own artwork to sell to people and make money to work on in your spare time.

I think that it's great that you want to take on responsibility. Good for you! Now, you should talk to your parents and see what kinds of advice they have for you to do in order to meet your goals. Sit down and talk with them. Say, Mom, Papa, I want ________. Can you help me figure out how to meet that goal?
