it is an allergic reaction, you obviously have what is commonly called hayfever. Shower whenever you come in from the yard, and take benadryl to erase the itch.

It's an allergy. If you cannot treat it with an over-the-counter preparation [Benadryl or a skin ointment] see a specialist. Ask the pharmacist to recommend something until you can get a good diagnosis. You probably need to get a referral from your regular doctor, and there may be a 3-month wait to see a good one.

In the meantime, try to read up on allergies on the Internet and see if you can identify any particular irritants.

You could have heat rash. I used to get it and HATED it until a counsler at my camp told me what to do...wear cotton shirts so your skin can breathe, because heat rash occurs when sweat can't get out. If you already have heat rash, then bathe in an oatmeal bath and apply aloe vera. I know it's uncomfortable, so I wish you luck!

could be dry areas that when the sweat hits it your body tries to soak it up and you ich because of the salt that your body is sweating out starts to dry on your skin and that will dry your skin out more so when you scratch you irritate it even more.
