-breakfast: berry smoothie & banana
-snack: berry CLIF bar

now im going to go get this for lunch...
-Salad with lots of veggies, jack cheese, italian chicken and honey mustard! :) yum

yes I think im going to have pizza for dinner but the first part of my day was healthy, right :)

You've been pretty good so far, but don't blow it with the pizza. That's super high in fat and calories. However, if your heart is really set on the pizza, make your own at home using whole wheat pita bread, and instead of using tomato sauce, use either sliced or cubed tomatoes. Put lots of veggies on there, and sprinkle with some low fat mozzarella or feta cheese! Yum yum!

naw, don't have the pizza, have a nice big salad and soup, instead...and be good!
