I'm not sure if you're really 'not interested' or if you just want the person you're talking about to think you're 'not interested'.
If you're trying to be friendly to someone without giving away that you're interested, then just be friendly! Don't flirt, just say hi and make conversation. Don't do anything that's too flirty, though.

Why would you want to? Trying to blow someone off, or playing hard to get?
If the former, then just say,"Sorry but you're not my type. Good luck in finding someone!"
If the latter, talk to the person, but don't act too excited. Just pretend that you are talking to your brother or a close friend and act accordingly.

Tell guys you like them like a brother, They hate when you start comparing them to family. and tone down the sexy, try to allways dress less like yourself and do more neutral things that keep you in friend range.
