Looking for something with nutrients that stay in the body and not digested out. The multi-vitamin that I currently take is a 40/60 (40% stays in body, 60% is digested out). Looking for something a little higher in the part that stimulates the body.

Although vitamins that "stay in the body" may sound like a good thing there is a reason the body flushes them out. You CAN get too much of a good thing.

For example, overconsumption of fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E and K) can actually be toxic and accumulate in your fat cells. People who eat alot of carrots, which are high in vitamin A, will actually begin to get a yellowish-orange tint to their skin. This is because the beta-carotene (vitamin a) has built up in their fat cells and the body cannot flush them out fast enough.

Just be careful, you don't need a different vitamin just eat a balanced diet and your good to go!

Nahimana is right. I additionally consume ionized liquid colloidal supplements and minerals. tablet style only has some 10% absorption fee yet ionized (bear in mind ions are charged the two negatively or honestly) are synthetic with the alternative charge as you're abdomen so the absorption fee is close to a hundred%. additionally many times obtained from organic springs or thousand 365 days previous volcanic rock.

Call a vitamin store or shop. They specialize in vitamins. Call your drug store.
What about real food sources? What does your doctor suggest? What are you taking it for?

What's wrong with actually eating food? If you have a decent diet, you'll get all your vitamins there, and you won't need to take a multivitamin.
