There are some malls that have a Nascar store ,maybe you can check out the mall near you for that

wal-mart, target, your local sporting goods storeare good for NASCAR wear , but for tank tops look on the web.

Depends on where you live. I think most big towns and cities have at least one or two NASCAR shops.
