Maybe for dinner you should try, some pasta with steamed veggies on the side.
Nuts are good for you, but in small amounts, since some nuts contain alot of oil, it's better to have small abouts.
Nuts like almonds help make you less hungry during the day, so yes, they will help you lose weight.

Most nuts are high in fat, but good in fiber and protein, so use them in moderation. Since you've mostly had carbs and fat, I would say pick a lean meat (backed chicken or turkey) with a light sauce (honey chile), some wild rice and lots of steamed veggies. Wouldn't hurt to throw in an apple or orange for a snack.

They might constipate you, but they are healthy otherwise. If you are looking to loose weight try small tv dinners or soy burgers.

Pasta with tomatoe sauce & vegetables - that wont make you gain weight. Dont go to a fast good restraunt that food has lots of fat in them.
