I have purchsed 2 devises already - the problem is my truck is really loud, and I can't hear when I am zooming down the freeway. I don't have a radio, so I can't go that route either. Any suggestions??

try a bluetooth headset, (if your phone is compatible) i love mine, and i'm still amazed at how many calls i would have missed without it ringing right in my ear
amazon has some great deals on them

Buy a quieter truck put the exhaust system back on it.
I haven't had much luck with hands free headsets either. I finally came to the conclusion that if its important they will leave a message or keep calling me if its an emergency.

Answer phone and tell them to hold on, then pull to curb and talk.
