if you eat that few calories, you will initially drop weight, but it will become harder and harder to lose after that, your body thinks that is in danger and starvation mode, and shifts to a place where it holds on to every pound and calorie.
The best intake level is between 1000 and 1200, which gives a healthy body the nutrition it needs and the strength to burn more calories.
If you think you can exist on that much food, you may have body issues that can tip into anorexia. That kind of hell consumes your life, destroys your social circle, and does critical damage that will affeft you the rest of your life. Continue on that track and the rest of your life will be maybe 3 years.
Do seek Dr. advice, and adress this healthfully. Your body and emotions both need tending and nutrition.

WHAT?! Either Way I interperate that, 250 KiloCalories with KiloCaloriess the standard unit of measurement for nutritional labels or 250,000 Calories, either one is NUTS! Why would you want to do that?
As far as I know the only relitively "safe" way to do it is have your stomach stapled to limit you to an insanely small calorie intake if that's what you ment.
Unless you are a VERY TINY girl then your going to have your teeth and hair fall out, your organs will eventualy start to fail, you won't think clearly and always be tired and experience nausea, skip periods (I'm a dude so I don't know if this is a good or bad thing i'll let you decide), have a very fine coat of hair grow all over your body as your body desperately tries to keep warm since it dosn't have the energy to keep itself warm. Younger unexperienced males MAY find all this sexy but belive me they are very misslead and this attraction quickly goes away after they hit 18 for most guys.
Then again if this is purely just an intellectual excersise, one spured by curiosity, then how about this?
Think about how long some of the jews had been in concentration camps, I've heard stories where some actually DIED when the camp was liberated and they were allowed to eat whatever they wanted by the liberating soldiers because their bodies grew accustom to very low calorie intakes to survive. I can't remember but think I've heard similar stories about those starving in Africa such as Ethiopia a decade or so ago.

It won't take very long. However starving yourself is not a good idea. 1200 - 1500 calories a day is what your body needs to function. If you do not take the calories in your body will eat itself, starting with muscle. Fat is saved until the end as a last resort. Talk to your doctor. It sounds like you have a body issue. Please do not starve yourself. Too many people have died to be thin. Don't be one of them.

250? never that is way to little the average female eats 2000-2500 to manatine healthy body it is all in what you in the the cal

i would say it depends on how many cal's u took in b4 u started this diet. but on a guesse i would say about 2-3 weeks maybe more

not sure but i do know that you should eat atleast 500 calories a day because the average calorie intake for women is about 1,500 calories daily
