I've started running 30 mins a day. Had rocket one day and now crave it. is it to do with the iron content??

You've got the others baffled have'nt you. You are a weightwatcher and you have done some running and that gives you a appetite and you feel like eating . Rocket will be a vegetable diet and are nutricious. There are two kinds of rocket.....Water cress that grow in fresh water streams and I think it's the one you mean then there is Sea Rocket that grows by the seashore..I dont think you'll be eating that. I dont know if water cress contains iron but I could take a fancy to it.

i will assume u mean 'roquette' and yea i think there is something about roquettes which make people addicted to them ..
i saw my supervisor having them once for lunch so i decided to try it and i cant stop eating them since then !!
try this salad: (mix all of these)
some wild roquette
cherry tomatoes
boiled steak cut in little small pieces
vinegar (i like apple vinegar)
extra virgin olive oil
little salt/pepper
(you can add a little wild spinach for a boom effect)
mix and enjoy !!! mmmm .... delecious !!
