Oatmeal. I make it pretty thick, so it takes a while to eat, and it really sticks with you. Also, apples are good.

I also find that when I am involved in a project the time passes by so quickly that I frequently miss a meal without even noticing it.

Try drinking water. Sometimes you feel hungry when you are really just thirsty. And a glass of water will fill you up, too.

I bought this green tea/herbal things at Wal-Mart called Mega-T. Its like 5 bucks for a 15 day supply. It has totally gotten rid of my late night cravings and wanting to eat bigger portions. It also gives me a great mid-day boost at work.

whenever im hungry on the go cant stop to eat or cant decide I jus stop by tim hortons and drink a coffee, fills me right up
