I am not a professional. But that doesn't seem like enough to sustain you. You don't have enough protein, and where is the veggies? Yeah you will probably lose weight, but it is not enough to help to stick with it.

You'll lose weight, but with this little food I would worry about losing lean mass and possibly suffering other effects of malnutrition. It could be improved by eating a similar amount of different foods different days, to get a better variety of nutrients. And I would add some vegetables too, and make sure to eat good quality whole grain cereal and bagels, too.

It seems like you should be able to lose weight with that amount of food intake and exercise, you just have to be careful that you're metabolism does not slow down too much. You may also want to consider adding something green every so often.
