find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drop a stone? Oh...the English measurements, huh?....what IS a stone exactly?.....since youre 14...well...I dunno exactly what to tell ya....youre 5'3"? Well I dont know what you mean by 8'3. 8 stone-and some? Just remember to warm up before you do any kind of exercises. Its very iimportant. If you dont you can hurt yourself. Walking and Jogging is probobly the best thing for ya. Ive lost weight in the past by just walkling. aerobics are good but dont do anything too strenuous! (sp?)
Sorry I cant help ya more but I wish you luck I need to get back to MY work-outs as well.

500 calories a day?!?
That is really really bad.
I watched a programme on channel 4 a couple of weeks ago, and a 500 calorie a day diet is one that is used by anorexics.
You are seriously damaging your health. Please stop.
Go to your GP if you want to lose weight.
x

ARGGHH 500 cals a day, how can you possibly do that...you'll keel over, your body is going to go into starvation mode and start burning less calories and then when you eat food your body is going to retain the fat because it is being starved. eat healithly and regularly! Please eat more, this is really really unhealthy

It won't take a month to drop a stone, just go outside and let her fall. If it's small enough, you can even throw it!

You need to take in more calories than that; try using Slimfast shakes to replace 2 of your meals per day and eat something very low calorie for your third meal.
