Im 12, 5'5 and I weigh like 118 pounds.

I want to get down to like 110... Without completely starving myself ( i dont want to do that ) what can I eat/ that will help lose the weight.?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well the best thing to do is eat right and exercise and this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle choice. You should do this all the time and you can maintain a healthy weight. Go to mypyramid.com and it will tell you how much of everything you should eat. And a flatter stomach will come with exercise, and crunches help a lot, even if you can only do 10 or 20 a day at first, keep trying and they'll get easier. (and by the way, you're at a healthy weight for your height)

5'5 118 is a good weight. Sounds like you need more activity. At some step-ups to get nicer legs and tush. Slow, and all the way up, then step down slowly. Use a bench or chair.

Instead of crunches, try sit backs.

On a chair, tighten your abs, then lean back slowly as far as you can, hold and exhale slowly. Come back forward and upright. That's one rep. Work at doing as many as you can, or 10 a few times a day. Don't go so far back you can't come up somewhat easily.

Then, work at NEVER letting your belly hangout. Abs tight whenever you think about it, for as long as you can. In a car, pull your belly in so the seat belt does not press. You don't need to hold your breathe to have a flat tummy. It will get stronger, and soon you won't have to think about it much at all.

People think I do 100's of situps. Just good self-control to work at maintaining it flat. You'll get there.

Give up a lot of fatty or oily foods. Chicken sandwiches instead of burgers. No fries or chips. Eat fruit for snacks. Eat only when hungry, and avoid snacking. Most people snack on 500-1000 calories a day, which will add 1-2 pounds a week. If not controlled, that is a recipe to gain 50 pounds in a year. Control yourself now while it is easy to maintain your appearance.

To lose weight do the following for a month:

Look at the labels on what you eat. Go for the lowest fat, then the fewest calories, then the highest fiber content of any type of item. A combination of all three will help.

For example, if you buy ground meat; go for the 94-96% lean meat rather than regular ground beef, which has 20% fat in it.

When ordering a salad, get the dressing on the side. Then, dribble on per taste.

When ordering foods, don't eat fried foods. Ask for baked.

If you eat leaner, you can actually eat more and still lose weight. Then go for frequent walks to help tone you up.

excerising at least 4 times a week for about an hour and eat healthy. it'll do the trick...i guarantee it!

Go on a religeous fast. you will feel great and detox your body at the same time. remember,the first 3 days are the most difficult,thereafter you will not even feel hungry anymore
