Another passage, to clarify Jesus is indeed GOD!
Do you believe Jesus is God?
Also, knowing what Jesus did, knowing He was sinless, what human is sinless? NONE! (Romans 3:10) Only God is without sin. And only Christ is without sin. They are one in the same. Only they can defeat death.
John 10:30 says "I and the Father are one"

I forgot to put John 12:44-46 LOL
44Then Jesus cried out, "When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45When he looks at me, he sees the one who sent me. 46I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.

Good use of John 10:30 to support your reasoning; be careful however. People will insist that John 10:30 only means that Jesus and the Father were one in mercy and compassion, and not the essence. I do believe Jesus is God and always has been, but I'm just keeping a look out for you. ;)

Amen,

Mark 1: 5-7

5When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven."
6Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves,
7"Why does this fellow talk like that? He's blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?"

1 John chapter 4 verse 13 says

And God has given us His Spirit as proof that we live in Him and He in us. Furthermore, we have seen with our own eyes and now testify that the Father sent his Son to be the Saviour of the world. All who confess that Jesus is the Son of God have God living inside them, and they live in God.

"44Then Jesus cried out, "When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me only,BUT IN THE ONE WHO SENT ME". I think that it doesn't make much sense that Jesus would say "the One who sent me" to refer to himself. It only makes sense that He was sent by someone Greater than Him, His Father.
