Which portable GPS do you prefer? Garmin, MAGELLAN, TomTom or others?

I currently have a tomtom 300 I don’t really like it because it’s not compatible with my phone and I can’t get the traffic. Also there still some streets that don’t show up. I am looking for a GPS system that will be compatible with my phone and have better feature and I am able to download new streets also even when I first got it didn’t have new streets I when into the TomTom website and downloaded updates but they where feature updates nothing about new streets updates

I used to use Garmin and I was very happy with their brand. However, I haven't tried any of their new models.
