I'm now trying to decide if I should split up my bi-weekly hours or combine all 4 weeks for one check because I was told they will take a lot more out for taxes.

The higher tax bracket is a myth. It is calculated at the end of the year.

He might show you the tax difference depending on how you take it.

Take 2 checks if you can. Yes it may bump you up into the next higher tax bracket.

if you combine them it will put you in higher tax bracket, you will in long run take less home. can you understand that?

you should not combine into one check.
you want to seperate paychecks processed like they do every pay period.
