I answered a question just like this earlier:
I have acutally heard that the blue Listerine helps. And that makes sense-it kills bacteria...Seabreeze...Witch Hazel (any astringent really)
Of course it also depends on which type of acne you have. You either use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid depending on whether you have mostly blackheads or whiteheads or red bumps...
Also, since you're getting really sweaty when playing all those sports, make sure that you remove that clothing IMMEDIATELY after you're done and wash it with a soap that makes your skin squeak after you wash it off. Try Dial or Lever 2000-stay away from Dove or anyting else that moisturizes.

"Drink a lot of water
take vitamins a and e (with a miltivitamin)
buy a lufa with a stick at the drug store
Nutragena makes a body acne wash.
Use this every day in the shower. "

Hope this helps-

Go get some kind of ointment such as Persa-gel 10 with at least 10% benzoyl peroxide and use as directed...also try to get some sun on your back because this is a natural source of Vitamin D, which is very good for your skin- however, don't forget to use some sort of sunscreen, especially if you have the ointment on your back. Alternatively, you can buy 400IU vitamin D pills. Take one pill per day and it should have the same effect as being in the sun, but w/o the nice tan :)

After bathing use a toner or witch hazel on the acne prone areas. Don't pick at it! Picking only allows bacteria from your hands and clothes to enter the wound and make things worse. If the acne persists, talk to your doctor about prescription acne medications or alternative solutions.

If you have long, oily hair this may play a big part in it. You need to keep your hair clean, and tied into ponytails if so.

If not, you have an oily back, and I'd recommend getting a back brush so it's easier to reach to clean, and if you have gf, or maybe Mom or sister use rubbing alcohol on the acne. Sure it may sting, but it dries them up.
est of luck!

clean the areas as well as you can with hot water and soap. it sounds to me like you have oily skin. if this treatment doesn't work, there are acne meds. that are sold over the counter. you might try some of them. good luck.

Get someone to rub your back down with rubbing alcohol. Do that once every week or so. Should help.
