It depends on what state you live in. In North Carolina, for example, no one under the age of 18 can get a tattoo with or with out parental consent.

Yes they can with a guardian approval, my neice did it. But be careful, a lady in the store I saw and she was like 50 something had tatoos and she looked awful! It was gross. I am 45 and yes I am old but I still care how I look and I am thankful I never got a tatoo. I know it is in style but be sure you really want this for Life and that means when you are old too. Try henna tatoos first at least you can change that.

No place worth going to will tattoo under 18. You need to wait. It's not that long.

well mi frinrd did when she was wit her mom she was 17 but its realli rare that u can find a place but u can go to canada before ur 18 n ge tone with out consent

yes you can get a tatt but a lot of places require a consent form signed by a parent.

yes,but would not recommend it especially for little girls. Imagine how the artwork would look after having 5 babies and being over weight and the wrinkles and stretch marks

they have to have their parent sign paperwork at the tattoo shop I took my son at 16
