I am supposed to put a 115 pound boy on my shoulders since one of us has to be up there. I weigh 120, but should he carry me anyway since Im a girl? He claims he is not strong enough, and refuses to carry me, so I have to carry him. hes kinda girly. what should I do? I don't want to lose my job.

well it sounds like there is no way of convincing him, but here is just a bit of information. although it may seem hard to carry him because 115 is a lot of weight, you will be able to because your shoulders will take most of the weight while you can use your hands to balance him. you should bend down and try to have another person help you to keep him on you until you stand up. if this is in the middle of the play however, then you can still probably get him off of the ground.

Don't be so sexist by saying, "I'm the girl, soo....". Contrary to popular belief, not all men are physically strong. Maybe he's terrified of dropping you and hurting you. Maybe he just IS too weak to hold you.
If you can do it, just do it.

well you both should try to carry each other...see who can carry each other...
you almost weigh the same...so figure out who is stronger
