any place will hire when you 16 send in apps to grocery stores, pharmecies, pizza places, ice cream shops-any place like that where no expirience is needed and you'll get a job.

Try Starbucks. For a 16 year old the pay is better than most jobs for 16 year old. Plus I was told they offer benefits & stock options even if you are only part time.

Depending on what state you live in check out your local Workforce office. They usually have a list of summer jobs for teens.

Wash cars, deliver papers, run errands; check with your state labor relations board; they may allow you to get papers to work some hours in resturaunts and that type of employment in the summer and after school

my grandson is 16 and the only job he could get was a caddy at a golf course

well, go to a local fast food chain or grocery store. you can also apply at a near by cafe and waitress or wash dishes. you can babysit. look in the classified ads in the paper.
