hi,
first of all, yessssssssssssssss i know im in the country, second of all yessssssssssssssssss there are black people here in the "country" and third yesssssssssssssssssss im one of them, and finally nooooooooooooooooooooooo we are NOT the way that tv and the media portray us to be. ok now to my question.....
does anyone know of any puppy training classes that are held here. im in Beckley, WV

If there's a Petsmart nearby they often have training classes. Your vet or the animal shelter near Beckley would also be a good place to ask.
Don't sell yourself short. I love WV. And while my partner and I live in the same holler he was born in - I'm from the "city" Honestly, I feel truly blessed and honored to live here. I even occasionally hear myself saying "prit-near" and "over yonder."
However, I don't think I'll ever get used to the phrase "I don't care to..." which in Sutton, WV means "why, yes, I'll be glad to...." Where I'm from, "I don't care to..." is a polite way to say "I don't want to, I'm not going to, and you can't make me." hahahaha

SHUT UP ARE YOU SERIOUS WV IS IN THE COUNTRY!!! (LOL) I used to drive a semi been to Beckley several times.(LOL)
I had to do a search on the computer to find a trainer in my area (Illiniois) and you can do the same. Just search for a dog trainer's and go from there.

Being a West Virgininian (Morgantown), I am guessing you are gonna have a tough time if there isn't a trainer right in Beckley. I am guessing you are gonna have to drive to Charleston if not.
