8 glasses of water so thats 64oz - actually you can count tea and coffee in it but not more than half. soda is no way considered as water and you cant count it as one.

You should be drinking 8-10 cups of water a day. 1 cup = 8 luid oz, so 64-80 fluid oz. Keep in mind that if you exercise, then you need to drink more water to make up for the amount of water you sweat out. I don't know exact amounts, but I was told a cup for every half hour of exercise. Not sure how accurate that is.

As for soda (diet or otherwise), no it does not count, and in fact soda is bad for you, even the diet kind because it contains aspartane which is very harmful to your body.

Things like water based soups, teas made with water, and hot chocoalte made with water count towards your water intake.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

conventional medicine says 8 glasses of water a day. this keeps systems hydrated and aids in digestion. Soda does not count, especially towards weight loss. Just water, and lots of it.
