What should i eat for my 5 meals day?? I'm about to go to the store..what should i buy that will help me loose weight? just what kind of food. thank you

chicken breast (skinless), fish that isn't breaded or crusted. veggies/fresh or frozen, fruit/fresh or frozen. low fat milk (1%), eggs, ground turkey...... no soda..... try whole grain for bread....

Eat Veggies, grilled skinless chicken breasts, and grilled fish.

Cross training is really a great way to go.

Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile. If you can't do the full mile running that is fine. Push as far as you can.

Monday - Run .10 mile sprints 5 times. Cool down between each. Jog/speed walk .5 mile.

Tuesday - Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Then do 35 of each.

Sit ups
Crunches
Bicycle Sit ups

Wednesday - Take off and let your body heal.

Thursday - Run again. Same as Monday. Push as best you can.

Friday - Weight Training. Work on your upper boddy and lower body.

Saturday - Take off.

Vegetables and lean protein can be eaten for each meal. add in carefully complex carbs that are high in fiber. These will keep you feeling full longer. Don't forget that you have to burn more calories than you consume! Good luck!

for breakfast - complex carbs - old fashioned oatmeal which you can mix mith egg whites and flax seeds, whole wheat bread, whole grain cereal with more protein and fiber and less sugar, fruit -also good for snacks.
for lunch - different kinds of salads and veggies and lean meat, salad spray (i love it and it has 1cal/spray) so you can make salads. you can get some whole wheat pasta also.
for dinner - veggies you can steam or stir fry in cooking spray and some meat or soy products or legumes - you need more protein in evening to repair muscle.
get some baby carrots, peanut butter, yogurts, 60cal sugar free pudding, cottage cheese etc.
