People believe in the good book?

Romans 1:25 says they exchanged the truth for a lie and served created things rather than the Creator.
People are blind, and people have pride. Pride leads them away from the truth of God's word-- because they want a "feel good" relegion. (And the truth is feel good, that is what is so funny!)
But, they want something to please themselves, and something that suits themselves-- they do not want God's understanding, but their own.
It is sad. But we need to continue sharing the word, and pray that the Lord opens many eyes and hearts to His truth!

Because it may be a good book, but it's not the only book.

It is a good book! In fact I'm listening to it on MP3 right now. Cool stories, archaic language and all. A little too obviously inspired by Tolkien's "The Silmarillion" for my taste, tough. But a good book nonetheless.

There is only one good book and it is holy bible which is the word of GOD.when someone belives in it and follows it ones life is blessed on this earth and in the coming life.
John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.
With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

If by good you mean sexist (women are unclean, responcible for all sin, and should remain silent), racist (chosen people should remove all other tribes from chosen land), homophobic (gays are an abomination), supports slavery, public stonings, and wars.
If by good you mean the main character is good when He kills almost all of humanity, wipes out towns, kills innocent Egyptian children, kills His biggest supporter's nephews.
Etc, Etc.

Well,I do believe the GOOD BOOK exists,I've read it,but I DO realise "the hobbit"was just fantasy

I think the real question is why do people have to belittle each other for what they do and don't believe? Believe what you want it will all get sorted out later. I choose to believe in the Bible, but others don't. That is their choice to make and I respect it. I won't talk down to someone because they don't believe, so why talk down to me because I do?

i believe in good books, but i dont know what good book u are referring to... if you mean the bible then thats an easy one, why would God, who is all powerful and all knowing, put his writings in the hands of men, who he kicked out of Eden for being sinful? things just dont add up...
