One of your previous questions:
went to the dr today he gave me 3 medicines one is xopenex hfa(levalbuterol tartrate) which he gave me instead of the albuterol cause i think i overdosed on the albuterol and caused my chest tightness and hes says it weaker and has less side effects on your heart..and he gave me a steroid inhaler called azmacort(triamcinolone acetonide) and singulair..just wanted to update all of you and see if you think this is a good selection of medication

ok, let's try to figure this out together...you have anxiety then you get pain, you have pain then you get anxiety. You had your heart checked out and nothing's wrong....bingo! it must be the anxiety that's the problem. As you know the mind can play tricks on the body, and you can even talk yourself right into a physical illness, so doctors say. So are you taking anti-anxiety medication now? If not then get some. Talk with your psychiatrist (the one who would give you a prescription) in person (at an appointment) or a psychologist would teach you to use biofeedback. But this info is only useful to you if you "want to" do what they tell you, if you "want to" solve the problem.

When you said about your heartbeat first I thought wow, that's normal, why is this person concerned? And, mine has been up to 98 when I "rushed" into a store to buy groceries and walked fast. So see, I don't see a problem with your heart rate.

Once I felt pain around the heart and the doctor said it was either from exercising (and doing exercises that I hadn't done before or done in a long time), or it was just the natural reaction of the muscles around the heart. And he was right.

So in my opinion, relax and find something to do to take your mind off of thinking about you.

I had this they called it tracardia or something. Mine was due to a combination of caffine (tea and or coffee and soda) and the allergy med I was taking. I switched allergy meds and stopped all caffine and it went away.
It could be anxitey too. (I have panic attack disorder but got it under control) Try zoning out when it happens, just stop close your eyes and imagine being on a beach listening to waves- usually it is in the mind- you freak out and up your pulse goes. I am willing to bet it is a good chance it is anxiety. I knwo you want a medical problem with a quick fix, but first try and weed out all other things- caffine, other meds, and anxiety.
