It depends on the area, but most will not pierce under 14, regardless of parental consent. Call your local studio to find out for sure.

With parent permission it really depends on where you live and the piercer. To be sure you should call and ask a few different piercing places. I got mine done at 15.

I live in CT and you have to be 18. If you are younger than that most of the places around here you need to have your parent WITH YOU ...I have 4 piercings myself (other than my ears) so I am not preaching just make sure you realllllllly want this before you do it.

Depends where you live. Someplaces, 16. Others you can't, even with a parent. You have to wait until your 18.

As long as you have your parents with you and they have their photo ids and you have a photo id (like a student id) you can get anything pierced at any age. Some piercers don't pierce people who are under 18. But it all depends on how the piercer feels. What he/she says goes. They don't have to pierce you if they feel you're too young.

It depends how brave you are i did mine at home by my self but if you actually go to a piercing shop you have to be 18 or older to get one without parent permission.

Most places wont allow you to get it pieced if you are under 18, but if a parent goes with you all they have to do is sign for you saying that they are giving you permission to pieced ur lip. ** if ur brave enough, you could do it yourself**
