Please go to the doctor this doesn't sound typical for someone your age. If you were older I would assume you were having a heart attack.

U should have consulted the doctor long ago. Pls check it up right away. If pathological reasons not found, it may just be qi blockage. Whatever be the case, DON'T PANIC! Practice Taichi 18 movements or any qigong that encourage deep, Really DEEP breathing. RELAX completely mind and body. Total concentration! Inhale slowly down to your lower abdomen, storing all the best elements in cosmos in ur Dantian for reconstruction of a better body. When exhaling, expell slowly and completely all the bad elements from each and every single cell of ur body (in your case, put more emphasize on ur chest compartment) to vanish into the exterior until ur body becomes completely clear and pure. U have to rebuild your chest by pulling a bow to shoot an arrow at a very distant goal every day, gradually increasing the intensity and time to at least 30 minutes a day according to ur personal status (which is why U are adviced to see a doctor). U don't need a real bow and arrow, just do it bare handed, with the real intention of such and do it seriously. Hope to hear how u improve soon. Since u had it when u r 15, Don't leave things to another week, ACTION NOW!!!

Check your first question for some of the answers, but again I say you REALLY need to go to the doctor.
Even if you are just 15, you could be having something serious going on with your heart or lungs. More than likely it isn't serious, but PLEASE don't take the chance!!
I have seen many patients with pleurisy who exhibit the same symptoms you are having, but some young people can have heart conditions, and they can exhibit the same symptoms as pleurisy. If your finger tips go all tingly, you either have a lack of oxygen (lung or heart) or possibly an impeded nerve somewhere, which can be serious if left untreated.
If you can't see your doctor in the next hour, go to an emergency clinic or an emergency room.
Do your parents know you are having pain? Ask them to get you treatment right away.

Since you are too young, you are hereby advised to inform your parents who would take you to doctors for ECG to know the condition of your heart. As per your description, I am in the opinion that the blood supply to the left arm up to your finger tips is not regular and this could be due to blocked heart valves. You should not waste time and immediately go for an ECG. In the meantime, cut down the intake of non-vegetarian, oily, junk and spicy food. Stop consuming milk products totally and stop drinking aerated cold drinks. Start eating vegetarian food, salad and fruits. Drink fruit juices and plenty of water. In case you are constipated, correct your bowel movements and reduce weight if you are already obese. Take two raw garlic cut into small pieces and gulp them with warm water on empty stomach half an hour before breakfast daily to keep your blood thinner and to get rid of your sufferings. Take care and be in good health.
