i`m 17 and me and my boyfriend have been together for almost a year..i think he`s starting to get abusive..he pushes me when we argue...and he kicked me the other day..i`m scared it`s gonna turn into something else...i want to break it off , but i also want to work things out...he was my first boyfriend...we haven`t had sex or anything, but he was the first guy i kissed..any advice would be good. thankss

something like this happend to me when i was younger . as ridiculous as it sounds , i stayed w/ him & we did work through it . he went to anger management . if your boyfriend is willing to do that , then keep him around . if not , then you should leave him , because really , if he's hurting you [ physicaly AND emotionaly ] and not willing to stop , then he doesn't love you , & does NOT deserve you . if he continues , then forget about him . good luck sweetie

Abuse is bad; and kicking you is called assault and battery and is good for a few years in the iron bar hotel. He is headed for trouble. Stay away from him and if he pushes the issue report him as a stalker. You don't need the violence in your life.

It will get worse. An abusive guy will always be one unless he gets serious counceling and few abusive guys will ever do that.
