maybe it was just a mass e-mail that she sent you by mistake. Do you have any other contact with this woman, if no lose the number if so and you want to then give her a call. Maybe she is just trying to be civil

ummm by crazy u mean still have feelings for u then ya shes crazy.. my exbf did that to me, and i kinda "lost" it cuz i didnt want to talk to him anymore.. but if u still have feelings for her then knock urself out and call her.. or it could be just a mass email that everyone gets..
