For a dogs name, keep it short. One or two syllables is best. Remember, puppies become dogs all too quickly. Fluffy or Nibbles might be cute right now, but if Nibbles starts eating furniture you may wish you chose something different. And Fluffy might not look so fluffy once she grows into her full size. Baby name books are a great source for names. After all, she's your baby now.
