Indeed homosexuality is wrong for it goes against God's creating which is marriage.

The Bible clearly states the roles of man and women in a marriage and each are very important symbols.
for man in a marriage is like Christ and women like the Church. so what makes you think that going against his law is not a sin? of course it is.

the Bible says you shall not steal and if you go against it and steal then you are committing sin. The Bible also clearly states in the old testament that homosexuality is a sin and in the new testament it also condemns it.

God Bless

---edit---

one last thing baby's are born with out knowing good and wrong
without knowing about sex and marriage
so you can't claim that you where born gay for everyone turns out the way they are because of your surrounding, what people teach you and experiences.

just think about it

why are you the way you are?

it's just like saying killers and rapist are born killers and rapist.

remember God teaches use to except people not sin and to tell people homosexuality is wrong is not judging any one, but preaching the word just like it is (is just like saying telling a killer that killing people is wrong is judging them). offcoures telling a killer that killing is bad is not judging them, but you are just stating a fact and trying to help them out.

1 Cor. 6:9-10 is just one of the many sections that talk about this. Look at these verses that have to do with the wickedness of the people of Sodom: Gen 13:10; 13:13; 19:4-13, Deut. 32:32, Isa. 3:9, Jer. 23:14, Lam. 4:6, Ez. 16:46, 48, 49, Jude 7. And these verses that tell that Sodom was destroyed because of the wickedness of the people living there: Gen. 19:1-29, Deut. 29:23, Isa. 13:19, Jer. 49:18; 50:40, Lam. 4:6, Amos 4:11, Zeph. 2:9, Matt. 10:15, Luke 17:29, Rom. 9:29, 2 Peter 2:6. God dedicated a lot of space to the fact that homosexuality and sodomism are wrong.

First, let me ask you if the following are sins...

Fornication? idolatry? adultery? theft? coveting? drunkeness? reviling? extortion?

Would you say "yes"? Then you would be right. For these are condemned elsewhere as well. So now you have to deal with 1 Corinthians 6:8-10

"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God."

So, yes, the Bible makes it plain that it is indeed sin, and in the company of some pretty hefty ones at that. But just make sure you understand that God loves the individual, however, their behavior and life choice will lead them into bondage that will harden their hearts to God's eternal salvation. Because homosexuality involves so much emotional investment, it is almost impossible to tell the them the truth without being labeled with very harsh epithets.

Remember, the sin of homosexuality is no blacker than my sin. And if the Christian truly hated homosexuals, they would keep the message of salvation to themselves, not try to change them, and let them go on their merry way to destruction. But because we care, we take the slings and arrows of 90% of the media and public to speak the truth.

The Bible states that homosexuality is behavioral, for Paul states that many of the new believers had been delivered from homosexuality in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11,

"Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites... will inherit the kingdom of God. And SUCH WERE SOME OF YOU. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God."

when somebody answers yes or no to a question it is just an opinion. If somebody answers yes or no to a question but give some evidence or material to prove his/he point that opinion carries more weight and it becomes more of a fact than a mere opinion. Ofcourse it depends on what the evidence presented is.

Do I think is wrong? No I don't. My reasoning is that there is not really good evidence to say it is wrong. It is all based on opinion. People don't like it because thats is what they had been though all their life. Not based on facts and evidence. I have not seen any evidence that say homosexuality is a bad thing. I also think that a person is made up of many aspects. Examples, is the persons inteligence, spirituality, social skills, physical skills, other talents how good or bad he/she is to others so on and so forth. Sex also takes a part. Most people say it doesn't but they are wrong. Sex plays a big part in who we are. I would give sex influence a good 30%. However, sex is not everything. We are not having sex 24/7 and when we are it is for the most part in private. So, sex is a bad measuring stick when compare to toher qualities that a person has.

I for one don't care if my mechanic likes to skid on dry asphault as they say. All I care is that he fixes my car and doesn't try to steal from me by trying to fix things that are not broken. Therefore I wil not stop myself from taking my car to him because he is gay. Quality of job, responsiveness, attitude towards custome is more important.

I like this passage in particular:
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.
Leviticus 20:13

So, if a man has sex with another man but then has sex with a woman both of them shall be put to death. Why would you put to death the woman too? What if she didn't know? People cheat you know. I don't know it just doesn't sound very christian. Also, some people say that gays can be cure. Maybe maybe not. But, if they can be cure then shouldn't you try to help them insead of putting themto death as Leviticuss say. If putting people to death because we don't agree with what they do is right then why is this punnishable by law? You se if you are going to take the word of the bible literally then you must take the whole content not pick and choose. So, if you are a fan of levitticus then killing homosexuals should be perfectly ok with you. But, isn't killing in general a bad thing? So, which one is it? It is or it sn't!!!

There was a believe held by the chruch one time that the world was flat. They where wrong. Could it be possible that Levitticus is also wrong? He is human after all. I guess yu can argue that he was inspired by divine intervention. He was putting the Word og God into action. However, by this same token we can say that the 911 terrorist are also doing Gods work. Killing is killing. If you start doubting that maybe you should not kill people based on their sexual preferences then you have to doubt Leviticuss which in turn also the bible. So, which one is it. You take the bible litterally and do kill homos which would make you a murderer, or you could doubth this passage and pick and choose which makes you a hypocrit.

I'm not a Christian but I would guess that Jesus would not condemn or hate or judge another the way that some of his followers do. If you are reflecting the face of Christ then I despair of humanity. Try to see others through the eyes of your Jesus. You might be surprised at what you see.

Yes the Bible says it's a sin but the Lord teaches acceptance. Who are you to judge? Love Thy Neighbor. Everyone will be judged on judgement day.
