I had a dream about being above the white house in the air. Soon after, I seen a white man being awarded for some sort of recognition in the financial industy. His name was James Crass. I soon saw him on top of a roof in a beach chair sipping on some sort of drink?

It looks like you are seeing a future event to come. Your being above the White House means you are seeing things from an exalted or supernatural realm. It seems like this James Crass will come up with some kind of financial revelation which will put him in comfort. In the Jewish custom, there was a part of the roof which was reserved for recreational and family activities. It's interesting you saw this, As the Lord has showed me economic troubles coming to the US.

Perhaps your dreams are giving you an insight of the future. If you are above in the dream that means you are satified with life and feel on top of things..
Your ability to forsee the future could be very uselful, You could help people, Make yourself rich if you continue having these kinds of dreams... Seems like a sign of good omen to me.
