coyote range?

Does anyone know how far a female coyote will travel away from her den in search of food if she has kits in the den. Some one told me she will only travel up to a half mile.

She'll stay within hearing range of the cry of her kits, and the sights and sounds of danger in the area.

THATS PROBABLY A GOOD ESTIMATE SHE WONT TRAVEL TOO FAR FROM HER KITS

she wont go any farther than a half mile to a mile.
