That would be embracing sin which Christianity will never do.

WHOA, hold on there, Hoss...is it your idea that Christians must accept what God has named an abomination, in order for the world to accept Christianity as peaceful?
Now, that is just ridiculous!
Homosexuality is an abomination. All sin is an abomination, of course, so no Christian has the right to judge any sinner, ever. OTH, no Christian church should "accept" homosexuality as a "life style"...one reason Christians gather together is to help one another overcome sin in their lives...and yes, this would include homosexuality.
The world will never accept Christianity, we already know this. Jesus made it very clear that the world hated Him, and it would also hate His follwers.
Is Christianity supposed to run for the title of "THE peaceful religion"?
I don't think it really matters, as long as Christians aren't bombing day care centers....
EDIT:
For Triforce (and those who think like him)..I would like you to know that I am not NEARLY 2000 years old. Come to think of it, I don't know any Christians who are anywhere near that old.

It is never charity to confirm someone in their sin. But it is love to tell the truth whether in season or out of season., accepted or rejected. the truth is objective, we might want to change it but it does not work that way. The truth cannot be changed because the truth is God.
Every human being is called to receive a gift of divine sonship, to become a child of God by grace. However, to receive this gift, we must reject sin, including homosexual behavior—that is, acts intended to arouse or stimulate a sexual response regarding a person of the same sex. The Catholic Church teaches that such acts are always violations of divine and natural law.
Homosexual desires, however, are not in themselves sinful. People are subject to a wide variety of sinful desires over which they have little direct control, but these do not become sinful until a person acts upon them, either by acting out the desire or by encouraging the desire and deliberately engaging in fantasies about acting it out. People tempted by homosexual desires, like people tempted by improper heterosexual desires, are not sinning until they act upon those desires in some manner.

No it would mean that it's contradictory and is false. Because the moment you say the Bible is wrong about homosexuality, you question the whole thing. Homosexuality is wrong and the fact that Christians won't budge on that is the proof that it's true, holy and righteous.

No, our religion does not change its' beliefs/views just because homosexuals do not want to feel bad for commiting immoral acts, they don't want to hear how what they are doing is wrong, they want acceptance and support for their sins....again, the fault lies with the listener, not with the speaker.....

Christians will never ever accept that.
Let me repeat, in case you are slow:
Never, Ever will this be accepted by the
TRUE Christian, or the TRUE churches of
God.
Those who are just playing church and collecting your money, and justifying their own sins, sure, they accept the practice today. That woman who runs that Methodist (?) Church of Baltimore - she just changed her name to "Drew Phoenix". She is the
Head Pastor of that "church". Its really what is called by God, a "Beth Ayin", which means "House of Nothing", or "House of
Vanity", if you prefer.
I call it the Church of sin. Christ will return,
and he's coming with a nice big rod of iron.
Wanna guess what thats for? Things will
get straightened out, i assure you.
This world is ripe, ripe , ripe for the harvest.

That would be a start ...but only a start, unfortunately the religion is based on nothing factual at all, to assert all that is claimed by the religion is fact as they do is quite unreasonable.

You are dreaming. While they claim that their religion is loving, they still need some group to hate. Also, christianity is not allowed to change, as they are not allowed to think, and so cannot challenge their goofy primitive ideas that were created 2,000 years ago.

Sorry, we won't compromise. In thousands of years the Bible hasn't changed so the basis of Christianity won't either. Good luck with that though, I'll be praying for you.
Will someone please tell Triforce, up top, that he needs to get his story straight with other atheists. Most who say that America was not founded on Christianity therefore the American Indians are not on our blood. You can't have it both ways.

Christianity will
NEVER
accept such. We will always be in battle with Evil. For we are
IN
the battle of Armageddon. Jesus said that he came not to bring peace but a sword.
