the actual organ, not your belly.

i'm not anorexic or overweight.
but the last week to two weeks my eating has cut down.
i've been eating an orange for breakfast
and a sandwich [either pb&j or ham] for lunch
and no dinner

i've been too tired to make myself something real.
especially since my microwave is broken.
now i have nothing to do today, and was gonna eat a real breakfast...but my stomach won't accept anything but an orange.

did it shrink?
i have a high metabolism, but my stomach can change that fast in like two weeks?

or is it a mental thing?

At least 60 days. It takes a long time for an organ to shrink. If you always eat until you are "full" not stuffed then the organ will eventually realize it is taking up too much space and shrink. But that will be way after you've lost a good amount of weight.

Organs are very slow to expand or shrink

It would not truly cut back till you mostly stuff your self and then end, yet i understand what you advise. For me, it many times feels finished after a small meal on the 2d day of weight-reduction plan. by way of the way, it truly is truly helpful to seem right into a foodstuff ordinary like the glycemic index foodstuff ordinary, which exhibits meals that are much less calorie-dense, so which you would be able to consume extra and fill up with out eating as many energy.
