It definitely depends on you and what subjects you enjoy. I really disliked digital systems and logic, but didn't mind electric and magnetic fields. The professor makes a difference, too.

This really depends on the individual of course. Most of the students I know consider solid state physics, analog IC design, or advance probability theory to be challenging. I think it's safe to say that classes that are heavy on math and/or physics would be tough.

I would go for ElectoMagnetic Theory (Maxwells Equations).

Depending on your math skills, probably differential equations and control systems.
