ok, this is the deal. i have been wantiong to loose some weight for the past 3 months by going to the gym everyother day and that seems not to be working. is there any way that i can loose weight by no starving myself or getting sick?
i weight 172 pounds and my height is 5'2 and i my weight concentrates in my stomach. i love my legs they are perfect. but from the waist up is where my problem is. please help. my goal is to try out for a beauty contest by next year.
