We had a rescue that pooped stripes. It took a minute to figure out what it was.

No, don't worry, I am a parinoid pet owner as well and when my dog ate a crayon (why is it always crayons?!) the vet told me it would be fine. Nowadays crayons are non toxic and it should be fine. Just keep any eye on her and if she hasnt "passed" it by late tommorow consider calling the vet. :)

Crayons are made of a derivative of wax. The dog will be fine. The paper and the crayon will move through without problems.

No, Crayons a made for small children. I think it would be pretty bad publicity if a dog died eating 1

This too shall pass :)
Ya figure crayons are made to be safe if chewed on by toddlers. They're non toxic.
You may get some colorful poopie, but I certainly don't think a vet visit is needed.

You need to feed your dog alittle food to help with a faster digestive process. Crayons are not dangerous because they are just wax but can cause sickness if they eat alot of them.

Sounds like this is something we've all experienced. Scared me to death when my chihuahua did it. Took her to the doggy emergency room at 10:30 at night. They were kind, but basically laughed in my face. Sure enough, by morning it had worked it's way through with no ill effects.
My son's Rottie ate crepe paper. Some lovely colors there too!

Crayons are non-toxic wax. Don't worry. The only thing is the dogs poo will be a festive color.

She will be fine. I had a dog that loved crayons. If my grandkids left them anywhere he could reach he would eat as many as he could before we caught him. It never hurt him and his poop was always very colorful.

No, my dog (when she was a puppy) ate worst things than that... such as eye madicine etc. Crayon supposed to be non-toxic.

No, she'll be fine. Kids eat crayons all the time.
